1) Create a new project. For this tutorial, I made mine 400 by 400 pixels with a transparent background.
| |
| 2) Render Clouds. |
| 3) Render Difference Clouds three times. After you've done this, you should have something that looks like mine. Don't panic if it doesn't look exactly alike. Clouds are rendered randomly so it's highly unlikely that we'd end up with the same clouds. |

|
4) Find the Graphic Pen filter in Filter>Sketch>Graphic Pen and apply the filter with
the following: Stroke Length:15 Light/Dark Balance:50 Stroke Direction:Horizontal |
|
5) Now, you'll want to apply a radial blur. Go to Filters>Blur>Radial Blur
and apply with the following settings: Amount: 100 Blur Method: Zoom Quality: Best Once you've done that, It should look similar to my image. |
|
|
6) At this point you're going to have to run your image through the Chrome filter.
Go to Filter>Sketch>Chrome and apply the filter with Detail:3 and Smoothness:7.
7) Go to Filter>Distort>ZigZag and apply the final filter with: Amount: 50% Ridges: 5 Style: Around center |
| 8) Now, all you have left to do is adjust the hue (ctrl + u) and you're done! Remember to click Colorize :) Hope you found this tutorial helpful. |
